Aurionpro Solutions Ltd has announced BSE that the Company is investing in a strategic stake in Denver-based PaySimple. PaySimple is leading provider of payment management solutions for businesses across the United States. As a part of partnership, the Company has signed a long term offshore development contract to develop PaySimple solutions. Additionally, Mr. Samir Shah, Managing Director of aurionPro Inc. has been appointed on the Board of Directors of PaySimple. This partnership will further help Aurionpro in extending its expertise in the payment solutions space globally.
