House of Pearl acquires FX Imports in UK

House of Pearl Fashions Ltd has informed that the Company has acquired FX Imports Ltd, UK based Import and Distribution Company through is subsidiary Poetiegem Ltd. UK.

FX Imports Ltd., is a reputed supplier to the mid market fashion retailer, with this the Company will be able to enter higher end of the market which offer better margins. The Company expects to increase its revenue by Rs 80 crores aprox in 2007-08 and is projected to increase its revenue by Rs 200 crores aprox in next three years as a result of this acquisition.
